I'm actually going to spend my review discussing the things I've seen in other reviews. The atmosphere here is nice. Bright enough to see without any blaring fluorescence. Each time I've been here they have these delightful fairy lights framing the buffet itself, and the signature cherry tree up front is gorgeous. The food, in my experience, the variety is incredible and the bar is kept plenty warm. However, it's not painfully hot. You can dig in right away. If you're definition of lukewarm is "you don't have to blow on it first", you may not like it here. However, the staff seemed to have a tough time keeping supply up on the more popular items such as the crab legs. Which tells me they were making sure to cook them properly rather than rushing them out. The sushi bar is one of the more expensive ones that I've seen. I always have the sashimi (straight tuna and salmon) when I'm here and so far I've never gotten ill. It's all properly cured and temped. Staff if quick to take actionfor plates and drinks, but not very chatty. Some may appreciate that, like myself. Mind you, all of this while the place is /packed/ for the dinner hour on a Saturday. I can't confirm that this is the experience all the time, but it's always been mine.

It was very busy but they had plenty of space for my group of seven. They charge you as if you're going to have lobster or crab even if you don't so go ahead and have it. For 7 people it cost me 155.09 then I gave the waitress 20.00 so have money when you go.
Good variety of food. All good quality, fresh, taste better than the most asian buffets. Have crab legs, sushi, hibachi. Prices are great as well.
I can only speak for a weekend experience. Everything was fresh and they have several options to choose from. It hasn’t been easy finding a Hibachi Buffet this size, especially for such a reasonable price at just $11.99 for lunch. I’m visiting from out of state and I can honestly say, the closest I’ve come to this experience is located in Palm Desert, Ca. I was very pleased. If I lived here, this would definitely be my Hibachi go-to.
Just had the best Chinese food, Amazin Buffet is the best restaurant in Springfield. Every item on the buffet was fresh, no joke not a blemish on the lettuce even. Salad bar had plenty of options, all cold and fresh. The fruit bar had great selections all fresh cut. Sushi bar was the largest I've seen with all the favorites and more. The hot food sections were all maintained and wonderfully delicious. Hands down the absolute best shrimp I've had in a decade may be more. The restaurant was clean, tables turned over quickly, staff members are excellent and restrooms are clean. Amazin Buffet deserves more attention and your patronage.
